Job Description
The RN, Nurse Lead, Obstetrics position at Adventist Health Templeton provides unit-based leadership in providing cost-effective, professional care. This role involves supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring patient safety, and implementing improvements in quality of care and patient experience. Individual compensation is variable based on performance.
Requirements
- RN, Nurse Lead, Obstetrics licensure in the state of practice
- Master's Degree in nursing (or equivalent education)
- Five years' technical experience in a clinical setting
- Supervisory experience in a clinical setting or demonstrated supervisory skills
- CPR/BLS/HS-BLS/RQIBLS certification (preferred)
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification (preferred)
