Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the NICU unit at Adventist Health Sierra Vista in San Luis Obispo, CA. This RN, Nurse Lead, will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care, supervising staff, and promoting best practices in patient care. Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (BSN): Preferred
- Minimum one year of previous NICU experience
- Previous charge nurse experience in acute care setting
- Current CA RN license
- Current HAAS-BLS-HCP
- Current PALS
- Current NRP
- Organizational skills
