Job Description
Adventist Health Delano is a full-service, 156-bed hospital serving communities in Central California. They are focused on growth, technological expertise, and providing cost-effective, professional healthcare to patients. The role involves unit-based leadership, supervising a nursing team, and ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent education
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- Five years of technical experience
- Supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS/HS-BLS/RQIBLS certification (preferred)
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or HS-BLS/RQI BLS certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS (required)
- Department-specific authorization for NRP (required)
- STAB.L.E. certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS (required)
