Job Description
Adventist Health Selma is seeking a full-time RN (Selma) OR Circulator to deliver coordinated nursing care at a 57-bed acute care hospital and six local medical offices in central San Joaquin Valley. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating care with other disciplines, and utilizing critical thinking to maintain patient health and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Department Specific License/Certifications (ACLS, HS-ACLS, RQIBLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS)
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant data, analyzes assessments, develops care plans, implements care, and evaluates outcomes
- Collaborates with team, provides learning opportunities, and delivers health information
- Participates in discharge planning and discharge planning duties
