Job Description

The Social Services Practitioner (MSW) role involves rendering clinical psychosocial services to patients and their families, assessing their needs, and making referrals to appropriate facilities or community agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree in social work or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Three years' experience in a social agency, hospital, or other organization dealing with health and/or welfare
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM)
