Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or customer service management
- Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
