Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate MSW to join our team as a part-time social worker in the Gaylord/Cheboygan and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Requirements
- MSW degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
- One year of experience in Home Health Care preferred
- Hospice experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
