Occupational Therapist (OT)

AdvisaCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to patients in their own homes, with a focus on improving quality of life.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, or Associates degree for COTA
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist or COTA in Michigan
• Prior experience in a home health or similar setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
