Job Description
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for supervising evening and weekend shifts within an Advocacy program, providing support to residents and Direct Care Staff. This role involves scheduling, assisting with program operations, ensuring resident safety, documenting activity, coordinating with Direct Care Staff, and promoting program participation. The Assistant Program Director will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to program policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associates degree in human services or 1 year experience in related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
