Job Description
Advocates is seeking a Direct Service Worker to support individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges in a blended shift (8a-4p and 2p-10p Tuesday thru Saturday). The role involves providing ongoing support, guidance, role modeling, and medication management, along with assisting with finances and community integration. The position requires a commitment to a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
Requirements
- Participate in treatment planning and attend meetings.
- Document client progress and medication administration.
- Provide crisis intervention and access emergency services.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a safe environment.
