Job Description
Advocates is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide support to residents with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career advancement and work-life balance. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and community integration.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with the population preferred!
- Excellent interpersonal, judgment and coaching skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to utilize basic computer applications.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered, team-oriented environment
- Must have a valid driver's license.
