Engineering Manager - Onboarding Experience

Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team in our Chicago Tech Hub. The team will be responsible for onboarding experience and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development in a fast-paced tech environment
• 3+ years of experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Expertise in building scalable full-stack web applications using Java on the backend and well-established frontend frameworks
• Leadership qualities, including coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic thinking, with a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership
• Excellent communication and team player skills
