Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Engineer - Documentation Experience to join our Documentation Experience Team. As a Senior Knowledge Engineer, you will design and evolve the architecture that powers the next generation of Adyen’s documentation platform. Your work will enable more reliable, contextual, and efficient access to information for customers, developers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in semantic & content modeling
- Experience in building robust content ingestion pipelines
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining reliable, high performing APIs
- Experience working with search indices and implementing indexing strategies
- Understanding of DevOps principles
- Strong drive for automation and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
