Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for their Supply Chain & Warehousing & Logistics teams in the Americas region (North America and Brazil). The role involves implementing global supply chain strategy, driving process improvements, and leading a team of 5 professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hardware industry, with a focus on warehousing and logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain (warehousing focus)
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- Proven track record in managing relationships with 3PLs and hardware suppliers
- Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and coaching
- Strategic thinking and operational pragmatism
- Hands-on ability and willingness to pick up operational tasks
- Comfort in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication skills
- Travel flexibility
