Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer/Technical Solutions Consultant
• Experience with payment plugins and/or payment integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Innovative, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly
• Experience with API's, Postman, internet technologies, and knowledge of technical processes (think HTML / JavaScript / Scripting)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, read application logs, and find solutions to complex errors
