Job Description
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity and reputation of ACE Testing Hub and our Test Partners. Your role will cover day-to-day operations, staff performance, compliance, and ensuring every centre operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines and able to work onsite in Makati.
- Willing to travel to other locations when required (company-covered).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in operations, administrative supervision, testing centres, BPO leadership, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and hold staff accountable.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable handling basic troubleshooting.
- Able to work weekends or holidays when necessary.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
