Job Description
AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Business Controller to join their team in Wijk bij Duurstede. The role involves driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or Finance, 3-7 years of experience, and expertise in LEAN methodology, project management, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Initiate & Lead Global Improvement Projects
- Drive end-to-end ICT studies and system implementations
- Optimize core processes
- Ensure Compliance & Risk management
- Proven experience in project management
- Well-versed in LEAN methodologies, compliance frameworks and legal support
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments and stakeholder groups
