Tactical Buyer

AEGIR-Marine is looking for an enthusiastic Tactical Purchaser to strengthen its Purchase department. The role involves managing supplier relations, creating agreements, and pursuing cost savings and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers
• Prepare and manage agreements and contracts
• Identify internal organizational needs and align these with supplier capabilities
• Manage and optimize inventory levels
• Stay actively engaged with the market and represent AEGIR-Marine externally
• Monitor and manage ordering parameters within Slim4
• Source new products requested by Sales or Product Groups
• Provide technical input and gather necessary information from within the organization
• Identify and mitigate risks such as single sourcing and financial vulnerabilities
