(Senior) Manager Tax - Private Equity (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to advise on national and international M&A transactions, develop tax-optimized structures, and oversee tax operations & compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Requirements

• Completed degree in law, economics, or finance
• Passing the tax consultant exam
• At least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Fundamental knowledge of national and international company tax law
• Very good communication skills in German and English
