Mechanical engineer

Aerones is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in robotic solutions for wind turbine maintenance and inspection. They are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to collaborate with various teams, manage engineering changes, and improve production processes. The role involves developing production techniques, maintaining documentation, and providing technical expertise to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Latvian (intermediate, Level 1) and good command of English.
• Proficiency in CAD (Solidworks) design.
• Knowledge of PDM version control.
• Ability to work with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality systems.
• Experience with DFM/DFA principles and tools.
• Ability to apply LEAN manufacturing methodology.
• Attention to quality and precision.
• Capacity to analyze processes and identify root causes.
• Willingness to find problem solutions and take responsibility for work outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
