Aerones is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the Aerones Predictive Maintenance and Workorder Execution digital solution. This platform will transform how enterprises manage wind turbine health, providing insight into turbine performance and enabling proactive maintenance. The role involves defining the product strategy, collaborating with clients, and building a scalable digital experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS products
• Proven success working with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Strong ability to translate technical insights into customer-usable experiences
• Experience with data visualization, analytics platforms, or decision support systems
• Demonstrated skill in building clarity from ambiguity
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Experience in agile, cross-functional environments
• Good-to-Have - Background in renewable energy, industrial tech, or data-heavy service industries
