Chief Technology Officer / CTO (f/m/d)

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will define and execute Aesir Interactive's technological and IT strategy, leading the Technology and IT Department and reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in technology or game development
• Several years in executive or senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in strategic and financial planning
• Strong background in Unreal Engine, software architecture, and large-scale infrastructure management
• Deep understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills at executive level
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
