Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, creative operations, or Chief of Staff / Business Development roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement processes in high-growth or creative businesses.
• A structured, analytical thinker who thrives in ambiguity.
• High emotional intelligence and a talent for building trust.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - in both German and English.
