Affinidi is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a global engineering organization focused on building a secure and scalable digital credentials ecosystem. Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple teams and engineering managers
- Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong people leadership skills
- Successful leadership of complex engineering projects
- Expertise in cryptography, blockchain, decentralized identity, and zero-knowledge proof systems
- Experience with cloud-native environments and microservices
- Strong understanding of systems performance and scaling challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
