Job Description
8am is seeking a People Systems and Workday Administrator to serve as a strategic partner in managing and optimizing our People systems ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and the financial systems within Workday. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and governance of Workday solutions to support growing teams and ensure scalable, efficient, and integrated technology. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and develop long-term strategies for People and Financial systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HRIS systems management
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in Workday Financials
- 3+ years of operational accounting and financial IT controls audit experience
- Proficiency in system integration, data management, and reporting within Financials and HCM modules
- Strong understanding of GL accounting and business processes
