Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Warrington, delivering high-quality care to over 90 service users. The role offers the chance to make a real impact, driving quality, shaping the team, and supporting significant service development.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and experience achieving high inspection outcomes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement
