Job Description
We are looking for a Community Association Manager to join our team at Affinity Management Services. As a Community Association Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering thriving and well-managed communities. Your responsibilities will include cultivating positive relationships with association boards, addressing unit owner's needs, managing vendors, and overseeing the association's finances.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) Preferred
- Active CAM License
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management
- General Computer Skills
