We are looking for a Climate Change Lead to develop and implement a strategic response to climate change across our business, identifying physical climate risks and embedding effective adaptation. The role involves leading cross-functional work, developing climate strategy, and influencing stakeholders to deliver lasting impact.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. environmental science, sustainability, engineering, geography, climate policy, or similar)
- Proven experience in developing and delivering climate change strategies (adaptation and/or mitigation) within a business or consultancy context
- Strong experience in working across functions to embed strategy into operations, capital delivery, or business planning
- Demonstrable ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders—including senior leaders and technical experts
- Experience of translating technical or policy insight into clear, actionable recommendations
