Performance Transformation Analyst -24 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Performance Reporting and Insight Improvement Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Performance and Insights team, leading projects that enhance our performance reporting processes and insight capabilities across the organisation on a two-year fixed term contract.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and delivering data-related projects with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques including process mapping and value stream mapping
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• Strong data analysis skills and experience leveraging data to create meaningful business insights
• Expertise in continuous improvement and solution design for data and business intelligence processes
• Knowledge of change management principles and hands-on experience delivering change initiatives
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement toolkits is essential
