Job Description
The Investment Team in Munich is seeking an Intern / Student for a full-time position. The role involves active participation in all phases of a transaction, supporting due diligence projects, participating in company valuations, assisting in developing and accompanying value enhancement plans, and preparing for exits. It's a great opportunity to gain private equity experience and build a deep understanding of various business models.
Requirements
- Studying economics, technology, or natural sciences, nearing completion of a Bachelor’s degree or in advanced studies (Master, MBA)
- First practical experience in a leading international management consultancy, M&A consultancy, private equity firm, or successful entrepreneurial activity
- Very good analytical skills and a high degree of results orientation
- Proactive working style and ability to develop, formulate, and contribute your own perspectives in discussions
- Higher social competence
- Very good German and English skills as well as international experience
