We are seeking energy professionals to deliver innovative Energy Transition Projects (LNG/CCUS) to our clients. As part of an interconnected team, you will provide engineering and consultancy services in the early engineering project phase. As part of the AFRY team, you will be involved in feasibility studies, conceptual design, technical due diligence, and basic engineering across LNG and CCUS projects in Asia.
Requirements
- Master’s in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering + MBA from a reputed university.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in process design for LNG projects (Onshore LNG regasification, LNG Regasification, LNG Storage).
- Prior experience in the energy industry, specifically in LNG import terminals, is a plus.
- Strong foundation in thermodynamics, LNG plant design, and process engineering.
- Expertise in process modeling software (HYSYS) for LNG and regasification projects.
- Develop of Heat & Material Balance (HMB), PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations.
- Experience with LNG terminal capacity sizing, LNG impoundment basin calculations, and safety studies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, CAPEX/OPEX estimation, and cost analysis for FEED-level projects.
- Ability to review and develop technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technical report writing skills in a consulting environment, capable of preparing detailed feasibility studies and technical documentation.
- Ability to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and engage with clients effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple interfaces and prioritize work effectively.
