Requirements

• Secondary school / university education in the field of land development
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land development project design (preferably with participation in larger public or commercial projects)
• Knowledge of 3D environment (preferably BIM / Revit)
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of designers, responsibility and independence
