Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field such as construction or engineering
• At least 10-15 years of experience in project management
• Experience as a project leader in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contract management, risk management, and project planning
• Experience with safety management and security clearances
• Knowledge of the building regulations and codes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in different locations and travel
