Senior Superintendent

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Superintendent to lead our construction projects and ensure they meet the high standards of Ag Pro Construction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Senior Superintendent experience in a commercial or ag-related construction
• Strong knowledge of agricultural and commercial construction practices, tools, and equipment
• Experience working in the dairy or industrial sectors is highly preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Tech-savvy mindset: able to learn new systems quickly, troubleshoot field tech issues, and drive team adoption of digital workflows
• Skilled in job costing, estimating, scheduling and field productivity tracking
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Natural leadership with the ability to motivate crews, manage subs, and navigate challenges on the fly
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Bilingual – preferred but not required
