Job Description
AB Cernelle is a Swedish pharmaceutical company seeking a Team Manager Operations to lead daily production in their powder/tablet factory, focusing on quality, continuous improvements, and employee development.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, preferably in technology or natural science
- A few years of experience in quality work within pharmaceutical production/GMP environment, food production, or equivalent regulated production
- Experience of leading and distributing work in production or other operational environment
- Experience of change work and root cause investigations
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of Office package
