Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at AGCO. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions that drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Analyze current business processes and workflows, particularly those supporting AGCO Parts distribution, sales and marketing, to identify inefficiencies, opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders across AGCO’s global organization, including AGCO Parts teams and dealer networks.
• Develop detailed business cases, reports, and presentations to support project proposals and decision-making, with emphasis on agricultural technology and parts management domains.
• Collaborate with IT, project managers, supply chain experts, and department leads to ensure seamless implementation of solutions that enhance both AGCO and AGCO Parts' operational excellence.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to keep initiatives on track.
