We are seeking a Lead New Product Introductions, Advanced Procurement role to drive sourcing activities for new product introductions projects, ensuring cost, quality, and timing objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and financial analysis skills. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
