The Manager, Procurement plays a key role in executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team of Category Buyers to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in supplier management, cost savings initiatives, and procurement strategy execution.
- Experience leading teams and driving procurement operations at a regional or global level.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, supplier risk management, and spend analysis.
