Job Description
Fendt is seeking a highly motivated student (m/f/d) to contribute to their Operational Excellence (Lean) program in Asbach-Baeumenheim, DE. The student will work on improving processes in production, logistics and planning, applying modern Lean methods and helping teams in a dual degree study. The role offers practical experience and opportunities for individual contribution.
Requirements
- Study in industrial engineering, machine engineering, economics or a comparable degree
- Initial experience with Lean methods (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, value stream analysis)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Teamwork and initiative
- Motivation and creativity in problem-solving
