Account Manager (m/f/d) - DACH Market

Agicap is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and retention in their client portfolio, particularly within the DACH market. The role focuses on building trust, managing sales processes, and exceeding expectations through strong communication, strategic guidance, and continuous improvement. Agicap is a rapidly growing SaaS company backed by significant VC funding and international expansion plans.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B customer-facing roles in international SaaS.
• Initial sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Strong analytical skills and an action-oriented approach.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated structured approach in past projects
• Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
• C2+ level fluency in German and business fluency in English.
