Requirements

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical direction for high-impact applications and services
• Design, build, and optimize performant software components and services
• Drive platform scalability, resilience, and observability
• Establish and enforce engineering standards
• Lead technical planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews
• Mentor and coach engineers
• Champion modern development practices
• Collaborate with product, UX, security, and operations
• Evaluate, select, and introduce new tools, frameworks, and cloud services
• Ensure secure-by-design implementations
• Partner with SRE/DevOps
• Create and maintain technical documentation
