Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a mission-critical federal law enforcement agency. In this role, you will help architect and maintain secure, high-availability systems that directly enable national criminal justice operations.
Requirements
- Develop and administer advanced Linux-based solutions
- Deploy and maintain multiple database servers
- Assist in the development and implementation of web-based applications and databases
- Develop methods for deploying development environments
- Security administration and compliance monitoring through Splunk Enterprise
- Provide networking configuration and maintenance support
- Support system administrative tasks
- Operations and maintenance (O&M) of core physical and virtual server environments
- Enterprise endpoint monitoring through integration and management of all network, server, and workstation assets
- Change Management administration using enterprise ticket system
- Operating system configuration and management (Windows, Linux, ESXi)
- Implement directed backup policies and procedure to ensure data availability
