Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking a highly qualified Unified Communications Lead to manage and integrate AV, network technologies, and support mission-critical operations. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies, leading troubleshooting of complex issues, and driving innovation to enhance performance and reliability. The position involves leading a team and executing strategic plans related to program goals and performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 'Advanced Technical Expertise' or certification in accordance with DoD 8140.03
- Avixa Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or equivalent AV certification (e.g.Extron)
- AV Associate, Harman Professional Training, AMX Certified Expert (ACE)
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience engineering and implementing multi-disciplinary projects
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of network engineers
