Job Description
Agile Defense is seeking a Vice President of Business Development & Capture to lead the identification, qualification, and capture of new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian sector. This role will drive strategic growth initiatives, build client relationships, and transition opportunities into full capture. The ideal candidate is high-energy, collaborative, and self-starting.
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, and/or Intelligence community.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive landscape
- Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as part of a team
