Job Description
Agile Pro Solutions is looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand into the US market, researching companies and initiating high-level partnerships. This is a full-time, in-person position in Skopje, North Macedonia, with a competitive foundation and success-based bonus structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of staffing and outsourcing solutions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
