Position Information

Agile Robots AG has been the majority shareholder of BÄR Automation GmbH since 2023. This vacancy is to be filled at BÄR Automation GmbH in Gemmingen.

The location is directly connected to the city train to Heilbronn and Karlsruhe.

Your Tasks

• You plan, execute, and are responsible for customer and development projects with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines
• You coordinate, monitor independently, and implement corresponding measures to achieve the specified project goals
• You are the contact person for customers, suppliers, and employees on project-specific issues
• You create specifications, product and component drawings, presentations, and training materials
• You lead the assigned project team independently
• You work directly with customers and colleagues, occasionally also internationally

Your Profile

• Successful completion of a degree in the fields of Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or comparable qualifications
• Several years of successful experience in the field of project management in the supplier industry
• Well-developed interest in technically challenging issues
• Experience with complex production systems
• Flexibility, team skills, and enjoyment of shared success
• Fluent German and well-founded English skills
• Travel readiness
