Job Description
The QC Supervisor will manage all Quality Assurance aspects, including requirements identification, inspection, coordination with agencies, and report generation. They will work closely with the Project QC Manager and Operations/QC teams, ensuring adherence to established procedures and client specifications. This role is crucial for maintaining quality and delivering on-time project outcomes.
Requirements
- Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought-out items, and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC)
- Coordinate inspection activities with third-party agencies
- Ensure Quality Control procedures are followed and ITP are conducted
- Plan and supervise sub-contractor inspection activities
- Apply practical knowledge of standards and codes
- Preparation of QC reports
- Maintain proper filing system
- Act as key coordination point during ISO audits
- Coordinate with Operations and clients for QC matters
