UN (1) COMPTABLE -H/F

The Accountant position will be attached to the Administrative and Financial Directorate. The post holder will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including receiving and checking invoices, tracking expense reports, and making tax and social payments.

Requirements

• Receiving, checking and entering all invoices into the accounting software;
• Receiving, checking and entering all expense justifications;
• Tracking and accounting for expense reports;
• Sending payment situations to clients;
• Archiving and classifying physical documents;
• Managing the payment tracking database;
• Creating client and supplier accounts and ensuring their labelling, checking, processing and recording invoices;
• Dealing with delays, complaints, disputes, managing amicable recovery files;
• Making tax and social payments;
• Calculating tax payments and preparing tax and social declarations;
• Responsible for checking financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements;
• Recovering client invoices, paying supplier invoices;
• Billing clients and relaunching unpaid invoices.
