Job Description
The Corporate Insurance Broker Manager will manage the expectations, concerns, and complaints of insurance brokers, develop commercial documents, and follow up on the recovery of premiums and payment of broker and partner commissions. The role involves developing and animating the network of insurance brokers, identifying training needs, and negotiating strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree + 4/5 in Commercial Management, Insurance, or any equivalent diploma
- Justify a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales and management of a commercial team, preferably in the Banking and Insurance sector
