Job Description
The HR Responsible will be attached to the Human Resources Director and will be responsible for implementing the human resources management and development policy in respect of legislative and regulatory texts. The main tasks include ensuring good management of disputes, implementing the company's social policy, and managing human resources to ensure optimal functioning of services and compliance with labor legislation.
Requirements
- BAC + 4/5 in management of human resources, law or equivalent
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
